Paul Chisholm - President & CEO
Paul has over 28 years experience in various aspects of development and marketing complex high-technology products and services.

From 1975 to 1988 Paul spent 13 years in a successful career with IBM in a wide range of technical, sales, marketing and management positions. After IBM he spent 2 years as the Vancouver office Managing Director of DMR Group, a major Canadian based information technology consulting firm.

From 1990 to 1993 Paul was Director of Planning and Business Development at Canadian Airlines. After leaving Canadian Airlines, he ran his own consulting services firm for 3 years with executive assignments such as special advisor to the CEO, VP Marketing, VP Strategic Planning & Business Development, for a number of software companies.

Paul holds a Business Degree with majors in Finance, Management, Operations Research and Marketing from the University of Calgary. Paul is a member of various outside organizations and technology company Boards, and is a member of IFD's Board of Directors.

In his spare time........what spare time? He has 3 teenage children and a fantastic wife. He hopes someday to have spare time.

Mary-Ann Pedersen – Director, Marketing
Mary-Ann has over 20 years of sales and marketing experience with a number of technology companies in British Columbia and Alberta. Her skills are launching new technology to market and developing partner networks. Mary-Ann joined IFD Corporation in April 2004.

Mary-Ann holds a Business Degree in Business Administration with majors in Computing Science and Accounting from Simon Fraser University in British Columbia. Mary-Ann is also involved with community organizations.

Mary-Ann also has teenagers so she also has very little time, however when she can find some you will find her on or in the water.

Kelly Paukszto – Manager Operations
Kelly Paukszto joined the IFD team in May 2002. She began her career in public education, moved on to contract corporate training and eventually shifted her focus to the business world.

Kelly has gained a wide range of management experience in several industries including construction, mining, manufacturing and wholesale distribution. She is responsible for IFD’s operations and administration, capably ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for our customers and the team.

Kelly loves to spend as much time as she can with her 2 teens, although when the opportunity present itself you just might catch this prairie gal ‘2-steppin’!

Jason Lee, EIT – Product Engineering Specialist
Jason joined IFD Corporation in January 2005 after completing his Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Queens University in Kingston, Ontario., Canada. He currently oversees various research and development project at IFD.

In addition to his academics, Jason also spent significant time as an engineer at Syncrude Canada, working on the oil sands projects. Jason has also worked with Dupont Canada and Alcan.

Although Jason believes age has caught up with him, he still loves getting outside and competing at various sports.

Justin Pezzin, EIT – Product Engineer
Justin joined IFD in May 2006. He is a Mechanical Engineer with a degree from Lakehead University in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada. At IFD Justin assumes the role of Product Engineer, overseeing transformer and IFD manufacturing, testing and development.

Prior to joining IFD, Justin spent two years in Fernie, British Columbia as a manager at Kal Tire Mining Tire Group. At Kal Tire, Justin managed major tire operations at several coalmines in the Fernie area and gained valuable experience around heavy machinery and equipment. Before then, Justin spent time with Poole and Associates Mechanical Engineering Ltd. designing mechanical building systems.

Justin is an avid athlete with an affinity for flying objects. When he isn’t delivering a golf ball into the sky, he prefers nothing more than standing in the flight path of a speeding hockey puck.
