Stephen Adams
Stephen is the President of Brascan Opportunity Fund and has been on IFD's Board
of Directors since May 2003.
In addition to his role as the President of the Brascan Opportunity Fund, Stephen
is the Chief Technology Officer of Brascan's Business Services group.Stephen
has 18 years of experience in IT system delivery and business development.

Paul Chisholm
Paul is a founder and President of IFD Corporation. He has over 26 years experience
in various aspects of development and marketing of complex high-technology products
and services.
From 1975 to 1988 Paul spent 13 years in a successful career with IBM in a
wide range of technical, sales, marketing and management positions. After IBM
he spent 2 years as the Vancouver office Managing Director of DMR Group, a major
Canadian based information technology consulting firm.
From 1990 to 1993 Paul was Director of Planning and Business Development at
Canadian Airlines. After leaving Canadian Airlines, he ran his own consulting
services firm for 3 years with executive assignments such as special advisor
to the CEO, VP Marketing, VP Strategic Planning & Business Development, for
a number of software companies.
Paul holds a Business Degree with majors in Finance, Management Operations
Research and Marketing from the University of Calgary.
Marie-Isabelle Côté,
CA, CBV
Marie-Isabelle is the Director, Investments for CapiTech Innovation. Until recently
she was Director, Financial Analysis, for Donohue, where she was responsible
for the financial valuation of investment projects and investor relations. Prior
to that, she was a Senior Analyst with the Société Générale
de Financement du Québec and Director, Valuations for Price Waterhouse
Coopers.
Marie-Isabelle became a chartered accountant after receiving a Business Degree
from the Ecole de Hautes Études Commerciales. She also became a Chartered
Business Valuator (CBV) through the University of Toronto.

Daniel Desrosiers, P.Eng.
Daniel is a professional electrical engineer with complementary formation in
operational research. He has over 25 years experience in planning, engineering
and operation of both transmission and distribution systems in Canada.
Daniel is currently Manager of R&D and Special Projects at Hydro-Québec
Distribution, and Business Risks Coordinator for the Distribution network business
unit. He is also acting as the designated Canadian expert on many international
standard committees related to network design, chairman of the Canadian National
Committee TC8 and he contributes actively in CEA technical committees.
